NO 2 ~ SMILE AT STRANGERS
A stranger is just a friend you haven’t met yet 🙂 Smile at strangers for absolutely no reason. Smiling helps us to feel connected, be more approachable and makes both us and the recipient feel good. You just never know what stranger will start up a conversation with you or where that could lead to in your personal or professional life.
NO 3 ~ THINK POSITIVELY
Your self-talk actually sends messages to your subconscious brain whereby you form habits that coincide with what you are thinking. Program yourself with positive thoughts like “I can do this” “I can figure this out” and “I am enough”. Even if you don’t really believe it at first, repeating the affirmations can help you to stay in a positive mindset and begin to believe it.
NO 4 ~ GROUND YOURSELF
Take time every day to ground yourself. Imagine you are a tree and roots are going down your legs and into the ground. Breathe down into the earth and breathe up through your feet and into your body. This can help you feel centred, strong and grounded throughout the day.
NO 5 ~ GET ENERGY HEALING

NO 7 ~ DECLUTTER
According to Feng Shui experts, every single thing in our environment is affecting us on a subconscious level 24 hours a day. Everything in our environment can have an energetic effect on us. Consider if your home or office space are helping you feel calm, focused, organised, happy, relaxed etc or is something draining your energy or hindering you in some way. Maybe you just need to get more organised, maybe you need to throw some stuff out. Clear your clutter and clear your mind.
NO 8 ~ PLAY
Have you seen how children are? How they use their imaginations
to create whatever they want, how they laugh and shout and run and feel
As adults we often think of this as a waste of time, something that only children do. Do you not want to feel joy and happiness…for absolutely no reason? 🙂 Take time out to be childlike. Go play and do fun stuff.
NO 9 ~ SET
If you don’t know where you are going, how will you ever know when you get there? Goals help you to focus on what you want to achieve in your life, no matter how big or small. Take time to write to consider your goals and get clear on what you want in your life.
NO 10 ~ VISUALISE YOUR GOALS
Visualisation has been used for a long time by many world class athletes who envision their goal many times before they physically attempt it. The mind doesn’t know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. Use your imagination to reach your goals easier and faster.

NO 13 ~ FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS
Listen to that little voice within that is nudging you in the direction of your dreams. Having a passion and a goal can help you feel positive, energised, alive. Whatever it is that you have been wishing for and wanting to do, go do it. Start now. Just take the first step.
NO 14 ~ SET
People will treat you the way you ALLOW them to. Set your boundaries and make sure people know what is and what is not acceptable to you. YOU are the one in charge of you. Set those boundaries and then remember to enforce them.
NO 15 ~
Feeling gratitude helps to put you in a positive state of mind and more importantly a positive state of feeling. Take time every day to think about what you are grateful for, write that list down. Tell people “Thank You” for things they help you with or are doing for you in your life.
NO 16 ~ USE AFFIRMATIONS
Our words have the power to create and transform our reality. It can be challenging to remain positive and persistent, especially during times of stress. Our words really can affect how we are feeling and how we cope in the world. Use positive affirmations such as I CAN do this, I Can Figure This Out, I AM Enough. Even if you don’t feel that way at the time, say these phrases with conviction and watch how your energy responds.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
A belief is simply a thought you keep thinking. What are you thinking and saying about yourself on a daily basis? Are you speaking positively or negatively. Do you really believe that you can be, do and have what you want? Change your beliefs about yourself and what you believe is possible in your life by changing your thoughts.
No 18 ~ ACCEPT YOURSELF
Know that you are doing the best you can with the current resources you have, in whatever situation you are in…and that you always have. If you could have done something different at any time then you would have. Accept that all things were your best choice at the time, now, let yourself off the hook, let all that stuff go and move on.

RELEASE TOXIC PEOPLE
Do you have someone in your life who always leaves you feeling drained, either after meeting with them or having chatted with them on the phone? Some people are simply not healthy to be around. If they don’t support you, love you and build you up in a positive way, it may be time to reassess the people you spend time with.
NO 20 ~ PROTECT YOUR ENERGY
We live in an energetic universe. If you are a very sensitive person you may pick up on the feelings and emotions of others. That may be fine when they are in good form but not so much if they are in a dark and negative space. Learn to protect your energy so that you don’t feel drained or down just because someone else around you is.
NO 21 ~ LOVE YOURSELF
We are often our own biggest critic. How man times do you criticise yourself and beat yourself up about something? Next time this happens, think of you as if you were your younger self and talk to yourself as you would a child. When a child is learning to walk and falls down we don’t shout at them and tell them they are stupid. No, we encourage them to get up and keep going every time, no matter how many times they fall down. We applaud every small step they take and every time they stand back up again. Take some time out today for you and show yourself some Love 💖
NO 22 ~ BE YOURSELF
There is no other single person on the entire planet who is exactly like you. Read that again. There is NO OTHER single person on the ENTIRE PLANET who is exactly like you!! You are unique and there is a reason you are here. So be that person you were born to be.
NO 23 ~ HAVE SOME FAITH
Do you believe in a higher power at work in the universe?
Do you believe in the power of prayer?
Do you believe that when you start to work towards your goals and dreams something seems to “step in” and help you along the way, often in ways far better than you could ever imagine?
If you ever lose faith in yourself, consider that there is a higher power at work in the universe that will continue to have faith in you and help you get back on track. Often all you have to do is ask it for help and guidance.
NO 24 ~ CHANGE YOUR JOB
If you are really unhappy where you work or simply
have a burning desire to do something else, figure out how to change your job. Go part time, study, re-train. Whatever it takes. We spend so much of our time in work. Figure out a way to do what you love.
NO 25 ~ MEDITATE
Scientific studies have shown that meditation can help increase immune function, decrease pain, depression, anxiety and stress. As well as helping you relax, it clears your mind, increases focus and helps you to get in touch with your inner inspiration.
NO 26 ~ PICTURE YOUR VISION
Use images and words to create a visual picture of your goals and dreams in life. Your subconscious reacts to symbols and imagery. So cut out images of your goals and put them on a vision board and let your subconscious work with you to help you achieve your goals.
NO 27 ~ SET DAILY INTENTIONS
By setting intentions you are consciously determining how you
want your day to go, what you want to happen and how you want to feel. This can
help you to stay in the moment, feel more focused and feel more positive day by

A simple intention to try is, “Today, it is my intention to feel good.” Then any time something happens to make you feel good, no matter how big or small, smile and say, “Thank you for this evidence”
NO 28 ~ CELEBRATE YOUR WINS
Once you have achieved a goal, no matter how small, take time out to celebrate your success. Maybe schedule a massage, fun night out or a special dinner with some friends. Celebrate regularly, maybe every month or every 2 months. Not only will this make you feel great it will also motivate you and build momentum towards your next goal.
NO 29 ~ BE AUTHENTIC
Getting in touch with your “real self” can be a lifelong process. Being authentic means our actions and words are congruent with our beliefs and values. When you are happy and authentic within yourself this spills out and affects all other parts of your life, helping you to forge deep, authentic relationships in both your personal and business life. Are you being your true self or are you being the person you “think” you should be or the person you “have been told” to be.?
NO 30 ~ FIND YOUR TRIBE
It is great to be self-sufficient and able to do things on your
own. However human beings have an innate need to “belong”. Things can also be
easier when we do things “together”.
Find. your “Tribe”, ie a group of people who get you, who will support and encourage you. Maybe they all have a similar passion or profession in common. Even a little support and encouragement can do wonders for your personal and professional development.
NO 31 ~ GET A COACH
A good coach is someone who is 10-20 steps ahead of you. If you want to up-level your personal growth or the growth of your business, consider hiring a coach or having a mentor. A good coach / mentor will understand you and have the skills and experience to challenge you to step outside your comfort zone. They can help you get where you want to get faster and easier.
