Laugh Loudly & Laugh Often
Many figures are quoted regarding the number of times a child laughs per day in comparison to an adult. Some figures suggest that kids laugh between 300-400 times a day with adults, on average, only between 17-20. Although none of these seem to be scientifically proven I am sure we would all agree that kids laugh way more than adults.
Laughing has been shown to lead to reductions in stress hormones such as cortisol and epinephrine. When laughing the brain also releases endorphins that can relieve some physical pain. Laughter also boosts the number of antibody-producing cells and enhances the effectiveness of T-cells, leading to a stronger immune system.
I am sure we have all experienced times, that even when we have been having a rough day, or feeling quite down, something unexpected maybe that a child or friend does or says, or something we come across on facebook, youtube or tv, or maybe even walking down the street, has the ability to make us laugh and completely change our mood around, albeit even briefly.
So apart from the health benefits, laughing lifts our vibration to a higher frequency which in turn puts us in a better mode for attracting more positive experiences via the Law of Attraction. Take the time out to watch something funny or reminisce about a funny experience from the past. Be more like a child and find fun where you can and laugh as much as you can every day.
